Through accessing NSW Government Funding, residents at Hope House in Batemans Bay have recently completed a Certificate I in Information, Technology and Digital Media. This will assist in applying for jobs, accommodation and updating their resumes. Once complete, these guys were able to enrol in White Card and Traffic Control Training, increasing their opportunities to obtain work in the area. Now, some are in the process of completing their Certificate II in Business.
The College has donated three computer to the house, so these guys can continue to work on their new skills, apply for jobs and look for their own accommodation.
