Hello, I’m Larissa. With a background as a Registered Nurse specialising in Emergency Nursing, my passion has grown into adult education. I hold Graduate Certificates in Adult & Vocational Education and Management & Leadership. Originally from Batemans Bay and now based in Milton, I’m committed to delivering high-quality, accessible learning in a safe and supportive environment where every student can thrive.

Hi, I’m Maddy – Student Support & Engagement Manager at South Coast Community College. I help students navigate their studies, overcome challenges, and enjoy learning and career development.
With a background in education, healthcare, and leadership, I hold a Master of Healthcare Leadership and various Graduate Certificates. I’ve taught across university, vocational, and clinical settings, and I’m passionate about helping people grow.
Born and raised on the South Coast, I love sport, nature, and the arts—and I’m here to support our learners and community.

Sarah Walsh

Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a nurse with over 15 years of experience in hospitals across Australia, now focused on rural emergency, community, and palliative care. I also hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

I’m passionate about helping future caregivers grow in confidence and skills. Outside of work, I’m a farmer, and a scout leader. I love fishing, camping, and learning new things—and spending time with my dog!

My name is Joddie the Finance Office for South Coast Community College. My job is finance from payroll, bank reconciliation, cashflow, budgets to accounts receivable/payable. I love the team that I work with at South Coast Colleges and enjoy all things to do with Finance. I ran my own freight company for 15 years on the South Coast but have since relocated to QLD. I enjoy woodwork and resin art.

Hi, I’m Kim. I’ve had a long-standing connection with South Coast Community College and am a lifelong resident of Batemans Bay. I’m a proud mum of two daughters and a loving Nanny to my grandson. I’m passionate about living a healthy, balanced life—I enjoy yoga, reading, and staying active through regular exercise. Personal growth and well-being are important to me, and I bring that same positive, supportive approach to helping others in our community.

Hello I’m Phil, I’m an experienced adult educator and digital inclusion advocate with over a decade of delivering nationally recognised qualifications and community-based digital skills training. Based on the NSW South Coast, I hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and have worked across registered training organisations, aged care programs, and youth engagement initiatives. I currently lead digital inclusion efforts at a community facility in Batemans Bay, focusing on accessible, practical learning that empowers people of all ages and backgrounds.

Hi, I’m Courtney. I’m a Trainer and Assessor at South Coast Community College holding a certificate IV in Training and Assessment. I specialise in Individual Support, Disability. I am deeply committed to teaching students who are driven to create meaningful change. I believe quality support work is both highly skilled and incredibly impactful, playing a critical role in enhancing the lives and independence of people is a role worth the hype!
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening and getting out to explore and enjoy life.
