Statement of Attainment in Hospitality
Responsible Gambling, Service of Alcohol & Hygiene
To sell, serve or supply alcohol in NSW, you must complete an RSA training course provided by an approved training provider. In addition, responsible provision of gambling services is an essential underpinning skill for all hospitality personnel involved in the sale and service of gambling activities in licensed premises. This course will equip you with these skills.
This course provides an introduction to the hospitality industry for full-time, part-time and casual roles. It is suitable for entry level roles where you may be involved in serving food and alcohol and support gambling services provided in hotels and clubs.
