Meet Personal Support Needs, Follow Safe Work Practices for Direct Client Care, Communicate and Work in Health & Community Services

This course provides the skills and knowledge required to provide individual support and determine and respond to an individual’s physical personal support needs and to support activities of daily living. It includes addressing the requirements communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, management and other industry providers. The training also addresses the skills and knowledge required to work safely with clients in a community care setting.
