This course provides the skills and knowledge required to provide individual support and determine and respond to an individual’s physical personal support needs and support activities of daily living. It includes addressing the requirements and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, management, and other industry providers. The training also addresses the skills and knowledge required to work safely with clients in a community care setting.
